This document is applicable to the users of a website with address (URL) https://rubella.eu/ (“(the) Website”) owned by RUBELLA BEAUTY AD.
This document shows what personal data we collect, store, process and disseminate in relation to using the Website as a personal data controller. We also reserve the right, if necessary, to change the document, expressly notifying our users thereof by a special note on the site preceding its publication there.

We do not require you to register or provide personal information in order to view our Website or access its content. If you have chosen to contact us by using the contact form, you will be required to provide the following personal details – name(s), e-mail address and phone number. We will process the collected information only for the purpose of providing a reply to your message and establishing contact with you as our customer. We have introduced an option on the site for collecting general statistical information about visits. We are using it to improve the site’s structure and to study the market. Storage of personal data collected
In order to resolve any submitted appeals, signals, disputes, inquiries, requests or other matters addressed to us in communication received through electronic forms in the Website, through regular mail or e-mail, we store and process this information as well as the result of such processing. In view of the limitation periods as per the Bulgarian legislation for the purpose of resolving any disputes arisen, this information is stored for a term of up to 5 (five) years and suitable technical, administrative and physical safety measures for protecting the information have been applied.
